Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and included in the box.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
